Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Petomall you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully; they form a binding agreement between you and Petomall.
About the platform
- Petomall is a marketplace that connects pet parents with independent service providers, vendors and licensed veterinarians.
- Except where explicitly stated, Petomall does not itself perform grooming, boarding, training or veterinary services; the provider you book is responsible for their service.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your mobile number secure.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse of providers, chargebacks or misuse of the platform.
Bookings and orders
- A booking is confirmed only after the provider accepts it and payment (where applicable) is captured.
- Prices, availability and slots are set by providers and vendors and may change before confirmation.
- You must disclose known aggression, illness or contagious conditions of your pet before a service. Providers may refuse service on safety grounds.
Online vet consultations
- Teleconsultations follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. They are not a substitute for emergency care.
- Veterinarians may decline to prescribe where a physical examination is required.
- In an emergency, take your pet to the nearest clinic immediately.
Memberships
- Membership plans are prepaid, valid for the stated period, non-transferable and auto-expire unless renewed.
- Member benefits and partner discounts may change with notice; we will not reduce benefits already paid for within an active term without offering a pro-rata credit.
Payments
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are generated automatically and available under your profile.
User content
- You retain ownership of photos, reviews and Paw Clips you upload, and grant Petomall a licence to display and promote them on the platform.
- Content that is abusive, misleading, infringing or harmful to animals will be removed.
Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petomall's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
